Matt has been in the construction industry for 25 years with experience as a Superintendent & Project Manager for several Commercial General Contractors.  He has applied his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University to acquire in-depth and hands on knowledge of construction components and methods.  Matt was added to the AE team in 2016 in order to help expand the company in a new direction.

Dave specializes in acoustics for residential projects. His love of acoustics started while he attended the University of Colorado Architecture School.  He put his education on hold in order to service his country during the Vietnam conflict.  During his tour of duty, he became a highly decorated combat veteran.  His career in acoustics began in the 1980’s as a national sales manager for specialty acoustical components.  For 10 years Dave had his own manufacturing company producing acoustic wall panels for the western United States.  In 2006 Dave founded Acoustical Elements and partnered with several leading acoustical material manufacturers.

LeeAnn’s background is in the medical field for 25 years and ended that career path as COO of a mammography interpretation center.   She entered the construction industry, specializing in noise control in 2009 when she became the majority owner of Acoustical Elements.  LeeAnn handles the day-to-day business and sets the direction for the company.

Amber recently joined the AE team to spearhead marketing and research efforts. She has a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and has spent the last 20 years in public education.  As a District Level Curriculum Director, she led numerous teams in designing and implementing high quality curriculum and instruction.  She has a passion for building trusting relationships and understanding the individual contributions that make large project teams successful.  Her expertise in delivering innovative and engaging learning experiences will help to enhance our customer experience, including continuing education sessions for Architects and other professionals in the field.

Oggie joined the team January 16, 2020.  He is a registered Miniature Schnauzer from the prestigious breeder Lucky Charmed Miniature Schnauzers in Hyrum, Utah.  His talents include cuddling, lounging in the sun and providing therapy to employees when the work day erupts into craziness!  His positive energy has added a noticeable increase in productivity and we are so thankful he made the decision to join our team!
